Easy Pakistani Indian Chapli Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 kilo minced meat (undercut)
  • 3-4 onions chopped
  • 2tbsp ginger garlic paste freshly grinded
  • 1 tbsp dried coriander seeds
  • ½ cup dried pomegranate
  • 1tbsp gram flour (baisin)
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 7-8 green chilies chopped
  • ½ bunch green coriander chopped
  • 1 cup ghee or oil for frying

How to make Chapli kabab Recipe
  • Wash mince and take aside for drain in sieve.
  • After 1 hour press by hand palms and squeeze out any water inside.
  • Add all the ingredients into the meat except oil or ghee.
  • Marinade for 2-3 hours.
  • Now on flat wok put some oil. Heat it.
  • Make patties from the marinated mince and fry them in the wok till tender and brownish. The kebabs will sizzle fry them by pressing from metal spatula.
  • Take them out in a platter. Serve them with burger buns or parathas or eat as it is.

Easy Lab-e-Shireen Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 11/2 kg milk
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • ½ cup corn flour (make a paste in ½ cup of milk separately)
  • Sugar to taste
  • ½ cup vermicelli flavored
  • 1 apple peeled and cut in squares
  • 2 banana peeled cut in round circles
  • ½ cup pineapple broken pieces (1/2 tin malapine or any other)
  • ¼ cup mix fruit tin
  • ½ pack fruit jelly powder strawberry flavor
  • ¼ cup cashew nuts halves

How to make Lab-e-Shireen
  • 1. Heat milk and boil it on low flame for 10mins.
  • 2. Add sugar into the boiled milk and cook till it dissolves in milk.
  • 3. Now add corn flour paste in the milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps with the help of wooden spatula. 4. Add vermicelli’s into it and boil for 2mins till tender. When the milk thickens remove from the heat, it should be thick like custard.
  • 5. Add fresh cream in the thicken milk and mix well.
  • 6. After the milk cooled add all the fruits in the mixture.
  • 7. To make jelly add jelly sachet in ½ cup of water and cook till boil stir well cool in a molds of beautiful shapes. 8. Add all the jelly in the fruit and milk mixture.
  • 9. Add cashew nuts halves into it and leave in refrigerator to chill for 4-5 hours.
  • 10. Chilled delicious dessert is ready to eat.
