Easy Chicken Jalferazi Recipe
Ingredients:
½ kg chicken boneless (cut in small pieces)
1tsp ginger paste
1tsp garlic paste
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp tomato puree
Salt to taste
2 medium onions chopped (for curry)
2 more onions cut into wedges
2 capsicum cut into wedges
2-3 green chilies
2 large tomatoes cut into wedges
2 tbsp oil for frying vegetables
½ cup tomato ketchup
1cup oil for making curry
Method:
1. Marinade chicken with ginger, garlic, turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, black pepper and salt for 1-2 hours.
2. Fry all vegetables separately in a wok for 1mins. Take them out.
3. Now in same wok heat oil I cup add chicken till color changed.
4- Add tomato puree into it. Cover for 5mins to tender chicken. Add tomato ketchup fry for 1mins more.
5-Now add all the fried vegetables. Steam on low flame for 2mins.
6- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with steamed rice.

1kg meat (bongs meat with 2 nalian)
1big onion sliced finely
2tsp ginger garlic paste
1cup yoghurt
1cup oil
1tsp coriander powder
2tsp red chili powder
2tsp salt
Special nehari masala :( grind them all together make a powder)
½ tsp cumin seeds (zeera)
1tsp mustard seeds (mustard seeds)
1 inch piece sonth
2 pieces cinnamon (dar chini)
¼ tsp black pepper
2-3 cloves (long)
2-3big cardamom (bari elachi)
2-3 small cardamom
1pinch oregano (ajwain)
¼ tsp black cumin
½ tsp aniseed (sonf)
¼ tsp mace (jaifal)
¼ tsp nutmeg (jutri)
2tbsp flour (cook it in wok till it scents)
2tbsp gram flour (baisin) (cook it in wok till it scents) make paste of these flours and water to thicken gravy)
Method:
1-Heat oil fry onions till golden brown. Take out half onions for garnishing and some oil also.
2-Add meat and fry well with ginger garlic.
3-Now add red chili powder, salt, and half of special nehari masala fry well, add 3-4 cups of water to tender meat on medium flame.
4-When water dries after ½ an hour then again fry it add yoghurt and fry well. Add rest of nehari masala fry well. Add 6 cups of water let it boil then add flour paste to thicken the gravy.
5- Cook for 15mins more after checking consistency.
6-Now add rest of oil above. Take out in serving dish garnish with brown onions, ginger, green chilies and green coriander and serve with nan.

1 tsp cumin powder

2 tbsp crumbled paneer
1/4cup ricotta cheese
¼ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup white flour
¼ cup milk powder
4-5chopped green chilies
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Curry ingredients:
1 cup oil for curry
1 big onion (grind to paste)
1tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp red chili powder
½ cup tomato paste
5-6 cashew nuts (grind to paste)
4-5 almonds (grind to paste)
1large black cardamom and
1-2small green cardamom
½ tsp garam masala powder
1 bay leaf
2 tsp dried fenugreek (kasuri meethi)
½ bunch fresh coriander
1 cup of full cream
3-4 green chilies
Salt to taste
Method:
1-For curry heat oil add onion paste, ginger/garlic, almond paste, cashews paste, green chili paste, cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt fry well. Along this add both cardamoms and bay leaf (tied in a piece of cloth remove them before serving) also.
2-Fry till the oil comes out.
3- Add tomato paste fry well.
4- Now add fenugreek and 2-3 cups of water. Boil the water and low the flame thick the gravy for 15mins.
5- For kofta mix all the ingredients of kofta in boiled mashed potatoes. Make balls firmly.
6- Deep fry the balls very carefully till golden brown take them out from the oil.
7-Add them to gravy just before serving.
8- Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve with steam rice.

3tbsp groundnut oil
Method:
1. Add all the ingredients to mince.
2. Marinade for ½ an hour.
3. Divide into equal balls. Using a wet hand spread the balls by pressing making each kebab 6" long on the skewers or bakes it as it is .Give it coal steam in last. Baste it with butter.

5- Serve hot with parathas and green sauce.

4. Now coat chicken pieces first in flour, and then dip in egg and in last bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown and tender.
5- Serve with chili garlic sauce.

Easy Zinger Burger Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken marination:
2 chicken breasts (flat it with hammer make 4 thin slices of it)
1tsp garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
Chicken coating:
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ajinomoto
1 tsp chicken powder
1 cup rice flour
1 cup corn flour
½ cup plain flour
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs whisk them
To assemble burger:
4 burger buns
Mayonnaise as needed
Some salad leaves
4 Cheddar Cheese slices
Oil for deep frying
Method:
1. Marinade chicken with suggested ingredients for 1hour.
2. Mix all the ingredients of chicken coating together except eggs.
3. Coat chicken breasts with coating. Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry chicken till golden brown on medium flame. Take them out.
4. Assemble burgers. Serve the burgers with garlic sauce and French fries.

How to make Chapli kabab Recipe
- 1 kilo minced meat (undercut)
- 3-4 onions chopped
- 2tbsp ginger garlic paste freshly grinded
- 1 tbsp dried coriander seeds
- ½ cup dried pomegranate
- 1tbsp gram flour (baisin)
- Salt to taste
- 3 medium tomatoes chopped
- 7-8 green chilies chopped
- ½ bunch green coriander chopped
- 1 cup ghee or oil for frying
How to make Chapli kabab Recipe
- Wash mince and take aside for drain in sieve.
- After 1 hour press by hand palms and squeeze out any water inside.
- Add all the ingredients into the meat except oil or ghee.
- Marinade for 2-3 hours.
- Now on flat wok put some oil. Heat it.
- Make patties from the marinated mince and fry them in the wok till tender and brownish. The kebabs will sizzle fry them by pressing from metal spatula.
- Take them out in a platter. Serve them with burger buns or parathas or eat as it is.

Easy Lab-e-Shireen Recipe
Ingredients:
How to make Lab-e-Shireen
- 11/2 kg milk
- 1 cup fresh cream
- ½ cup corn flour (make a paste in ½ cup of milk separately)
- Sugar to taste
- ½ cup vermicelli flavored
- 1 apple peeled and cut in squares
- 2 banana peeled cut in round circles
- ½ cup pineapple broken pieces (1/2 tin malapine or any other)
- ¼ cup mix fruit tin
- ½ pack fruit jelly powder strawberry flavor
- ¼ cup cashew nuts halves
How to make Lab-e-Shireen
- 1. Heat milk and boil it on low flame for 10mins.
- 2. Add sugar into the boiled milk and cook till it dissolves in milk.
- 3. Now add corn flour paste in the milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps with the help of wooden spatula. 4. Add vermicelli’s into it and boil for 2mins till tender. When the milk thickens remove from the heat, it should be thick like custard.
- 5. Add fresh cream in the thicken milk and mix well.
- 6. After the milk cooled add all the fruits in the mixture.
- 7. To make jelly add jelly sachet in ½ cup of water and cook till boil stir well cool in a molds of beautiful shapes. 8. Add all the jelly in the fruit and milk mixture.
- 9. Add cashew nuts halves into it and leave in refrigerator to chill for 4-5 hours.
- 10. Chilled delicious dessert is ready to eat.
