Ingredients:
½ kg chicken boneless (cut in small pieces)
1tsp ginger paste
1tsp garlic paste
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp tomato puree
Salt to taste
2 medium onions chopped (for curry)
2 more onions cut into wedges
2 capsicum cut into wedges
2-3 green chilies
2 large tomatoes cut into wedges
2 tbsp oil for frying vegetables
½ cup tomato ketchup
1cup oil for making curry
Method:
1. Marinade chicken with ginger, garlic, turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, black pepper and salt for 1-2 hours.
2. Fry all vegetables separately in a wok for 1mins. Take them out.
3. Now in same wok heat oil I cup add chicken till color changed.
4- Add tomato puree into it. Cover for 5mins to tender chicken. Add tomato ketchup fry for 1mins more.
5-Now add all the fried vegetables. Steam on low flame for 2mins.
6- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with steamed rice.
