Pakistani Indian Reshmi Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:
1kg chicken mince
2 eggs (whisk in a bowl)
¼ cup butter for basting
¼ cup cashew nuts paste
1tbsp ginger paste
1 medium onion chopped finely
½ bunch green coriander chopped
Salt to taste
1tsp white pepper
1tsp yellow chili powder
1tsp cumin powder
½ tsp spices powder (garam masala)
3tbsp groundnut oil

Method:

1. Add all the ingredients to mince.
2. Marinade for ½ an hour.
3. Divide into equal balls. Using a wet hand spread the balls by pressing making each kebab 6" long on the skewers or bakes it as it is .Give it coal steam in last. Baste it with butter.
4- When turned golden brown they are done.
5- Serve hot with parathas and green sauce.
